Tenants either, supply their own linens or may contract them for an additional charge. There is a very large 25 x 30 lodge style living room. The kitchen is 12 x 30 seats 10 - 12. There are3 full and 1 half baths. The great room has a pool table, FOOSBALL table, regulation DART BOARD, a QUEEN size pull out bed & a full bath No Smoking. Owner is a PA lic. Realtor Pets are permitted upon approval (well trained and house broken, no clawing or gnawing, crated). Must bring crate and keep dog on lower level or kitchen $175/ week for an approved dog
