Grandview Beach at end of street It's just a short walk down to Grandview Beach, about 200 yards to the water. The beach there is a nice sandy beach accessed easily by steps. The beach here in Encinitas is much less crowded than San Diego beaches. Neptune is the oceanfront road here and is a one-way road great for biking, sunset strolls, and roller blading. You are just 5 miles from Legoland and only 20 miles north of the central San Diego area. You can enjoy San Diego attractions for the day and then come home to your quiet beach home in beautiful Encinitas.

Palm and Dolphin themes/ secure yard One side of home is decorated in a palm theme right down to the bath towels. Attention to detail has given this home a wonderful tropical vacation feeling. The furnishings are first class right down to the cherry wood decorated bathrooms. It's a great house for a big family reunion or corporate retreat. Enjoy the privacy of a huge home on a very large lot, a rarity around the beach. This double 4BR building gives you a large private lot, fully secured by locking gates and completely fenced in. The kids can roam the property in a secure environment and you enjoy maximum privacy.

The neighborhood here This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that leads directly to Grandview Beach, the far most north beach in Encinitas or Leucadia. Walk 200 feet down to old historic Highway 101, which used to be the main passageway to southern California, but now is home to fun shops and restaurants close to your front door. And yes, the train does come thru all coastal areas and runs by about 350 feet from this home. There is no horn blowing here and we tell people you won't even notice the trains coming thru during the day. We like to think you get the best of both worlds here being close to all but far enough away that you can escape to a quiet peaceful setting at your home quickly.

Golf Information: Encinitas Ranch Gold is just 2 miles away as well as incredible Rancho Sante Fe golf courses within 6 miles.
