All of this is within a 10 minute walk ( just 9 blocks) from the condo. This light and bright 'BEACHY' condo is located in 'Seaplace' . The area is quiet and upscale and is on the Ocean side of Ocean Boulevard.. (no streets to cross to get to the beach) , which is just steps away,. ..but no Ocean View..Sorry!
