Very cozy and private. Spiral staircase to bedroom. Sliding glass doors open to wrap-around deck and lawn that slopes to ocean. 300+ feet deep water frontage separated from lawn by broad rock ledge. Enjoy your morning coffee watching lobster and sail boats in the Mussel Ridge Channel. Unbelievable and peaceful views out to ocean and north to the Camden Hills. Windjammer cruises, golf, tennis, hiking, museums, access to nearby islands. Unparalleled views everywhere. No smoking inside, permitted on deck only. Pets may be permitted. If approved a $50.00 fee is charged per pet.

On an enclosed bay south of Camden on Coastal Route 1, Rockland is a central waypoint for travelers. Landing ports and ferries to and from Northhaven and Vinalhaven Islands are available. Rockland is surrounded by bays, peninsulas, rivers, lakes, and inlets. The Midcoast exhibits tremendous natural beauty. If you're looking for the authentic Maine experience, this is it. The Rockland-Thomaston area is the entry point to Penobscot Bay, perhaps the most scenic body of water on the eastern seaboard. Here you'll find islands, historic lighthouses, and protected harbors filled with working lobster boats. Ospreys and bald eagles nest along the rugged shores, puffins make the islands their home, and harbor seals make their annual pilgrimage to quiet coves. While nature is at the core, hospitality is the rule of the day. Here you'll find outstanding restaurants and galleries and first-class museums.     A new law took effect in the State of Maine in July 2005. All rentals will charged 7% tax which will go directly to the State. For $950.00 weeks the tax will be $66.50 and for $850.00 rentals the tax will be $59.50.

    Deposits: 50% upon booking.

    Payment Policies: balance must be paid two weeks prior to arrival.

    Cancellations: deposit will be refunded if cottage is re-booked. If not re-booked guest will be responsible for full cottage rental.

    Arrival/Departure: Arrival: Saturday 2:00 PM Departure: Saturday 10:00 AM
