There is very limited public parking at the beach where this beautiful home is located which further limits crowding. The homes along the ocean in Encinitas, including this home, are located on a bluff overlooking the ocean. This means you have to walk down to the beach along a nice switchback path. The path is suitable for young and old people. With the house being on the bluff, you will enjoy maximum privacy and quiet from the home and the bi-level oceanfront decks overlooking the water.

A peaceful serene setting We always explain to our clients that this home is in a very quiet and peaceful setting. If you are a generally quiet group you will love it. If you are the type to stay up late and party, play music, and carry on, you will not fit well in this setting and the neighbors will complain to the city.
