This meticulously kept Newport County beachfront home sits on point of land. Vacationers enjoy panoramic waterfront views that impart a cruise-like atmosphere, sunrise to sunset, right from their back porch. The water is clear and there is no dangerous surf or steep drop offs. Water shoes are recommended. A huge covered porch wraps around three sides providing distinct outdoor living areas, one of which is screened. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on which to relax, in sun or shade, or to dine after cooking on the gas grill or sending out to nearby take-out restaurants, known for their great food. There is a large yard and plenty of off-street parking.
