The 2 bathrooms (one up, one down) have distinctive flooring and all new fixtures. Relax in this cozy, old world-style, 2 story cottage situated just 20 ft from water's edge is on lovely North Pond with views of surrounding mountains and islands. Swim or boat to islands in the middle of the lake. Enjoy our sunsets, sandy beach, fire pit, canoe, pillared porch and dock to relax on as part of your vacation experience.

5 minutes to Mt. Abram, 15 minutes to Sunday River, Bethel is 10 minutes away for dining, shopping, antiquing and golf with lots of hiking, biking and nature right out your door. Grafton Notch State Park, Androscoggin River, waterfalls, all within a short drive.
