Tambor villa Rental Property Information

This lovely two bedroom Costa Rican villa is within a very short walking distance from a horseshoe shaped sandy beach facing the Pacific Ocean. It is located in Los Delfines Golf & Country Club and offers gated security as well as privacy. The landscaping is beautiful with tropical ginger, hibiscus hedges and birds of paradise which are all maintained by our private gardener. The villa is furnished with two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, air conditioning, fans, screens, microwave, satellite TV, telephone, washing machine, and a large private in-ground swimming pool. It also has two large screened porches in the front and in the back of the villa. The screened porch in the back of the villa extends out to the swimming pool. There is a 9 hole golf course with a clubhouse, swimming pool, automatic bank machine, restaurant, tour office, stores, high speed internet cafe, and a grocery store. There is a small additional fee for guests who want maid service.

Horseback riding, bicycling, golf, tennis, organized tours, hammock reading on the beautiful beach located in Los Delfines Golf & Country Club, watching the sunset at the nearby marina. The marina is a 10 minute drive from Delfines & has fresh fish and organic produce on sale every Saturday morning . Tambor is halfway between Paquera and Cobano and on a paved road. The Village of Cobano has grocery stores, restaurants and a major Bank National of Costa Rica. There are other towns to visit such as Montezuma, Mal Pais, and Playa Santa Teressa which is known for its surfing.
