Located a few blocks from North West Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, community swimming pool, huge play scape, picnic tables with grills. Zilker park, with play scape and mini railway, botanical gardens and dinosaur nature trail are minutes away. Lady Bird Lake (formerly Town Lake), with the famous hike and bike trail, and Kayaking, Canoeing and Rowing.
