We offer you luxurious, furnished, spacious apartments with an ambiance of 'old New York'. Apartment has a master bedroom, a beautifully decorated living room with a view of New York Harbor and skyline, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a tiled bathroom. The house is in a quiet and safe area of the historical St. George District on Staten Island. Manhattan is just 20 minutes away, and can be easily reached by the 'free' Staten Island ferry! Take the most spectacular ferry ride in the world, 24 hours a day, a 25 minute ride and get off at Lower Manhattan. Shops, restaurants, and the famous Staten Island ferry are just a ten minute walk away.
Two apartments offer washer/dryer units. One unit has washer/dryer in bathroom which functions as guest/owner unit. There is an additional $25.00 surcharge for use of washer/dryer. Laundry detergent is also provided.

Please note that I offer short stay luxury apartments, not rooms. Rates quoted are net, all inclusive. There is an additional $60.00 end cleaning fee. Rates are subject to seasonal change.
