Daytona Beach villa Rental Property Information

You will love everything about this modern, open-space, 4,000 square-foot executive pool home. Special features include vaulted ceilings, in-ground swimming pool, hot tub, an outdoor glass-block shower, a billiards room with wet bar, and a stereo system with speakers throughout the whole house. There is a jacuzzi and a fireplace in the master bedroom, along with a walk out sun/observation deck. There is another fireplace in the formal living room. You'll also enjoy the private two-car garage with auto opener, dual-zone air conditioning, and the half block walk to the traffic free part of Daytona Beach. This very private home has a fantastic sun/observation deck. It's just a short walk down the block to the beach. Maximum occupancy for this home is ten people (12 upon approval of owner)-- including children one year and older -- occupying the home on a overnight basis. Maximum vehicles are strictly limited to four, unless other arrangements are made directly with the owner.
