This spacious home with 6 bedrooms & 5 baths will sleep 12 comfortably and in style, over 2688 sq ft of living space. Special events may be held here, call for details. Hacienda Ensenada (4 bdrm/ 4 ba) next door may be rented along with Tres Palmas for larger groups. Stay 7 nights or more, no cleaning fee!

Rincon is the furthest west town on the island of Puerto Rico. Famous for our sunsets, kind people, surfing, winter whale watching, diving & snorkeling. We are a 30-40 minute drive from Aguadilla airport (BQN) with flights in daily on Continental, Jet Blue, and Delta from Newark, JFK, Atlanta, and Florida. San Juan (SJU) is a 2.5 hour drive away with flights from all over! Our quiet town is a break from the big cities. We have no traffic lights yet, but we're only 20 minutes away from the town of Mayaguez with a Sam's Club, Super K, Chilis, Long Horn Steak House, movie theaters, casinos, winter league baseball games & more! The Arecibo Observatory (James Bond's Golden Eye and Jody Foster's Contact) & the Camuy caves are just a 1.5 hour drive. We aren't New York City! This is a slow down & enjoy the tropical breezes vacation. You can be as busy as you wish or just sit & enjoy this paradise we are happy to share with you! US citizens do not require a passport or visa!

    Reservation Rules:

    A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation. Must be 25 or older to reserve. Not suitable for unaccompanied Spring Break students.
  • $1000 + tax fee will be charged for any events involving guests not staying at Tres Palmas.
    Larger groups may choose to rent beautiful Hacienda Ensenada (#211267) in addition, right next door!

  • All bedrooms have air conditioning. The fifth bedroom is in its own little ground level studio of the main house. The door opens right out to the pool and spectacular ocean view. It has a private half bath. The 6th bedroom is in a little casita right next to the main house. It's adorable, with a king size bed, AC, and full bath and a small dorm size fridge. Relax in your own space with everyone just feet away but with a little room to yourself! There are two full size fridges for this home, one in the kitchen and one by the pool area.

This is where you want to be! Tres Palmas is located in the Ensenada area of Rincon, right in front of the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve and surf breaks. Walk out onto a spectacular beach and enjoy! Turn to the right and you are at Steps Beach in less than 5 minutes. Snorkeling is awesome here with some of the best Elk Horn coral close in to an island in the world. The sea life is amazing. If you turn and walk to the left, you'll be down to the marina area- several restaurants- The Spot at the Black Eagle, Ship Wreck next to Taino Divers, and Club Nautico. Sign up for snorkeling, diving, sunset and sailboat charters with Taino Divers, Katarina Sailboat Charters or coming soon, take a para-sail ride with Flying Fish Parasail! You can be in the heart of Puntas- the party area of Rincon, in less than a 5 minute drive. Or go south to Corcega Beach for the calmest beaches in about 8 minutes. Or just stay home & relax in your own perfect corner of Paradise.
