Charlottetown barn Rental Property Information

This 4-bedroom/two-bath home is situated on the Hillsborough River on Prince Edward Island (PEI) -- in the middle of the country. Yet it's only eight minutes from downtown Charlottetown. Hopetoun Barn is set on four acres. There is a river beach at the end of the property and we are only minutes from many of the great beaches on PEI. The Fox Meadow golf course is less than five minutes away. The Barn has four bedrooms. There are two large bedrooms upstairs with cathedral ceilings. They are connected by a gallery and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a skylight that captures the rising sun. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one room with two single beds and one room with one single bed and a pull out couch. There is a second full bathroom with an old-fashioned legged tub. There is also a full utility room with a washer, dryer, and laundry sink. Outdoors, there is a half-mile grass walking track.
