This stunning ocean view apartment is decorated in a contemporary style. It has a king bed in the master suite with en-suite bathroom and a bunk bed in the second bedroom with built in wardrobe and vanity area. The kitchen is fully equipped and welcomes you with a the option of a stocked fridge and bar. All Egyptian cotton towels and high thread count linens are provided and changed on a weekly basis. There is also an underground car parking space for one car. Mermaid Quay, in Cardiff Bay is itself home to both the National Assembly and the Millennium Center. Within one square mile there is plenty of family entertainment, international dining, lively night life, wonderful visitor attractions, events for all ages, wildlife in the Bay’s wetland reserve, sailing, jet boating and Techniquest! The St. Davids Hotel, the only 5 star hotel in Wales, is right next door and offers a swimming pool, spa and workout area for walk in guests at a very reasonable daily or weekly rate.

    Deposit:
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

    The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Payment:
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Wire Transfers and Cheques.
    Personal Cheques must be cleared before occupancy.
    If bookings are made within 7 days of occupancy, full payment will be required at the time of the booking
  • Arrival & Departures:
    The apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure.

    Cancellation:
    If caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

    Liability:
    We are not responsible for loss or damage of your personal property during your stay. Please make sure you have personal or travel insurance. We will also not be held responsible for any damage to furniture, fixtures, fittings or any contents at the apartment.

    To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

    Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests.
  • All rubbish should be removed from the apartment and taken downstairs to the large rubbish bins in the small room inside the garage.

    Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 11am by the latest, unless a late check out time has been agreed to by both parties, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Check-in time is after 3pm

    Any disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of rental and loss of bond.

    A credit card number or bond of 300 pounds is payable 7 days prior to arrival. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.

    Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner

Living Room: The water view from the large living room and adjoining large balcony is stunning. A comfortable leather couch and 2 chairs surround beautiful rattan tables and are complimented by a large high definition 32” LG television, DVD player and CD stereo system. The entry hallway is equipped with a video screen door bell system. The whole apartment is decorated to the highest standard with wonderful artwork on the walls and the highest attention to detail. The apartment can be reached by elevator or stairs. There is also one car parking space available within the building and extra parking available across the street. This apartment is extremely good value for money, hotels nearby, without the view, charge upwards of 200 pounds for one night, one room. This fabulous apartment boasts incredible Bay views from the living room, master suite and master bathroom. It offers guests a wonderfully relaxing time away from the stresses and strains of normal day-to-day living.
