Central Venezuela villa Rental Property Information

This property is located very near to one of the most spectacular national parks in the world, 'Morrocoy National Park'. This Villas have a Mediterranean style look and are built few steps away from a beautiful view of a large oceanfront with it's own private beach. It has 60 Villas in the complex, surrounded by lush tropical gardens of palm trees and tropical flowers and two two-level large fresh water swimming pools, for all ages. Also has a multiple purpose court with outdoor showers and restrooms. The Villa is a very comfortable, pleasant, peaceful and secure place to be. The front area of our villa faces the Caribbean Sea; so all rooms have their windows to view the oceanfront. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a sliding door and a balcony (F#6). The other room of the villa has three beds. It has kitchen with five stoves, fridge and microwave. People in this villas are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you out, this is the way the Venezuelans are!!

'Los Cayos Villas Turisticas' is located 1 km. from Boca de Aroa village and 12 km from Tucacas a bigger town, near the national park. A front road takes you to Valencia city, that is about 65 km away and to Caracas, the capital city, 250 km away. The city of Caracas has the main International 'Simon Bolivar' airport in Maiquetia. From both airports (Maiquetia and Valencia) you can fly in from all over the world. Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire and Los Roques are just 30 minutes flight away.

This is a new furnished villa with excellent quality mattresses. All appliances are brand new. Outdoor halogen accent lightings and pressurized water system for strong showers with heater. Three swimming pools are allowed to be used from 9 am to 12 pm, midnight. A private beach with white sand type and several bungalows for the residents of the villas. A maid service would be additional price to pay by you. On certain weekends the owners could help you out Scuba diving, since is a qualified diver and knows very well the area.

However, Morrocoy National Park and its surroundings features the attractive combination of beach, reefs, mountains and valley.
