Wisconsin Dells condo Rental Property Information
This two-bedroom/1.5 - bath condominium is located in the WI Dells one block from Sundara Spa and centrally located to all major attractions (1/2-1 mile). Very close to Cascade and Christmas Mountain if you are into snow tubing or skiing. The resort offers indoor/outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, picnic grilling areas, indoor/outdoor Jacuzzis, sauna, kids game room and a family gathering room. Our condo offers a wrap-around deck. with beautiful sunset views year round and the unit is one of the closest to the pools, grilling decks and other resort amenities, can see all from our deck. If you like to be secluded yet close to all the attractions, this is the place. Very quiet and family oriented resort but close enough to all the activities if you choose.

| Notes: | This is a non-smoking Unit, smoking on the deck is allowed or outside the unit. There are beach chairs provided by the resort and we provide a table/chairs on our deck. We also provide a small cooler, beach towels and grilling utensils along with a basket of essentials. Our unit is stocked with movies, books and games for kids/adults. The Sundara Spa is across the street and the golf course is about 1/2 mile away. A shuttle will pick up at the driveway of the resort for free transportation to Ho Chunk Casino for gambling. If you have any questions on what is included or location of something, please ask. |

There are 3 different ski areas close by for winter activities. (Cascade Mountain, Devils Head, Christmas Mountain). And many things for the summer, see WI Dells Chamber of Commerce website. There is also a Broadway Dinner Theatre open year round with shows nightly.
