    When you book your reservation, we require a $200.00 deposit. The total rental fee is to be paid in full 14 days prior to your arrival.

    Cancellation:
    All cancellations must be in writing. All monies paid are non-refundable if we are unable to rent the Lakehouse. If we are able to rent the Lakehouse, then all monies paid will be refunded.

    Pets and Smoking:
    No pets are permitted and no smoking in the home.

    Check In & Check Out:
    Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10 am. Our cleaning staff needs time to properly prepare and inspect.

Furnished Home is furnished with dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, furniture, pillows, bedspreads. Not Furnished: Sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash and dish cloths, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, cleansers, garbage bags, etc. When You Leave Clean out refrigerator of food, wash and put away dishes. Trash pick up is not available so please dispose of trash at the dumpster indicated on arrival sheet. We are not responsible for items left behind, so please check carefully before you depart.

Boat Lift Tenants are Not allowed to use the lift at the dock. Tenants may use the docks to park their boat.
