Only two blocks south of the 24th Street Stage and the Old Coast Guard Station, Kamla Condominiums are in the heart of the Boardwalk, at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Whether soaking up the sun on the beach (officially certified as a 'Blue Wave Beach' by the Clean Beaches Council), people-watching on the Boardwalk, or taking in the nightlife along Atlantic Avenue, Kamla is your ideal vacation home. And if you get tired of the beach, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, and Water Country USA are only one hour away. Kamla is a privately owned, 15-unit, six-story, oceanfront condominium complex, located on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 22nd Street and Atlantic Avenue. Our two-bedroom/two-bath home is located in the center of the building on the fifth floor (with elevator access). A full-width balcony runs along the beach side of the condo, allowing unequaled ocean views. Sliding glass doors give access to the balcony from both the family room and master bedroom.

Further Details for the condo in Virginia, USA

Beach access is only a few feet from your door. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the master bath is equipped with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining full bath. There is a sleep sofa in the living room that will sleep two. One assigned parking space is included in the rental, in a gated, off-street parking area. A limited number of unassigned spaces are also available in the gated area on a first-come basis. Kamla is a family-oriented condominium with many owner-occupied units. We only rent to family groups. Fraternity, sorority, student, or single groups are not permitted. House parties are absolutely prohibited, and occupancy is limited to six adults/children over the age of two. Misrepresentation as to who is renting the property, loud parties, or exceeding the occupancy limit will result in guests being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund.
