Relax on a screened-in porch with a breathtaking view of the fresh-water lagoon that teems with local wildlife. Three bedrooms (one with a king, one with a queen, one with two twins) are each equipped with a private bathroom and offer comfortable sleeping accommodations for six.
Both the master and the front bedroom have remote-control cable TVs. The fully-equipped, completely renovated kitchen features all new appliances and opens to a generous dining area. The spacious living room is equipped with a new 37-inch flat-screen TV with DVD/VCR and stereo system.
Our ideal location is close to East Beach Village, the East Beach Tennis facility, the island’s new five-star hotel (the Sanctuary), and Night Heron Park, which offers soccer fields, basketball courts and a nature center. It’s also a 10-minute walk to Kiawah’s famed ten-mile beach.

Further Details for the condo in Kiawah Island, South Carolina, USA
Completely remodeled The kitchen, LR and DR were remodeled in the spring of 2008. The kitchen has granite counters, all new cabinetry, and a new stove and dishwasher. The wall that separated the kitchen from the living room has been removed to create a spacious, open environment. The kitchen island has two barstools facing into the kitchen, to accommodate conversation and good times. Hardwood floors were installed in the kitchen/DR & LR areas. The living room is equipped with a new 37-inch flat-screen TV.
