The Maisons-sur-Mer is located on the beach with no roads to cross to get to the ocean. Shore Drive has its own Straw Market which has various shops for all ages. The Maisons-sur-Mer is within minutes of 'Restaurant Row' which has the finest restaurants in the area. Many of the restaurants offer the famous 'Calabash' seafood buffets which are very popular. Adjacent to the 'Restaurant Row' area are many entertainment attractions such as Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and The Palace.

The view from #901 is spectacular from its oceanfront ninth floor. Three balconies are included in the floor plan, with a private balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and kitchen. Another large balcony connects the kitchen, living room, and second bedroom. The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, a large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air-conditioning and heat, two walk-in closets, two spacious baths, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds. The unit also has a sleeper-sofa, enabling the unit to sleep six comfortably.

Cable TVs with DVD & VCRs are available in all bedrooms. The living room has a DVD player. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience.
