The Second Street Suite is a one-bedroom apartment located in downtown Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Traditionally furnished, this beautiful air-conditioned second-floor suite is especially nice for families or business travelers. The large bedroom features cherry furniture and a queen-size bed, double dresser, a chest on chest, a rocking chair, and night tables. The living room/sitting room has an entertainment center, cable TV/VCR (family movies are provided), a rocking chair, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The sunny eat-in kitchen is completely equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster. Homemade bread and sweet rolls or muffins are provided for your first morning's breakfast. Coffee and tea are always available. Also provided are a desk, answering machine, and a private telephone line with phones in every room (free local calling). The luxurious mirrored bath has double sinks and a bidet.

For your dining pleasure and entertainment needs, the Second Street Suite is located within walking distance of fine restaurants, community and movie theaters, the shopping district, and parks. A scenic 12-mile 'Rails to Trails' biking and hiking path between Clearfield and Grampian begins just one mile from the downtown area. Some comments from our guests: 'I frequent top-line hotels and quaint B&Bs often . . . so suffice it to say when I am in the area, I will always try the suite availability for first choice. Here's why: pristine clean; home away from home; exceptional breakfast rolls; great bed! Rosalie, Pittsburgh, PA '...meticulous attention...all the amenities of home...very special decorating touches, was beyond our expectations...having the suite fully equipped and conveniently located for our visitors from England was not only a stress reliever, it was impressive.
