Carolina Beach condo Rental Property Information

Carolina Beach avg. temperatures, May high 81, June high 86, July, Aug, 89-90, Sept 84, Oct. 75 degrees. Discount rates,Sept 20 to May 23rd.Enjoy the many wonderful activities in the Cape Fear Region. Take a morning walk on the beach or fish from the nearby pier. Our condo is a bright sunny end unit. The sliding glass doors from the front and side decks provide a view of the ocean while you relax and listen to the waves crash to the shoreline. Weekly rentals are equipped with bed and bath linens (no beach towels provided) and some paper goods at no additional charge. We have a well appointed kitchen, two TVs one with DVD player one with VCR player. We also have a washer and dryer located in the condo. The ocean is just steps from the front door. We are located just one mile from the center of town, where you will find the boardwalk, many shops, great restaurants, bike rentals, a marina, and nearby Carolina Beach State Park,Fort Fisher Aquarium and battleground

The Cape Fear area provides many opportunities to enjoy restaurants, explore beaches, attend summer concerts, tour Arlie Gardens, take a ferry ride to Southport or Bald Head Island, visit Carolina Beach State Park, take a Winner Boat cruise, have a donut from Brits Donut Shop est. 1939, tour Fort Fisher Military Recreation area, or visit the Battleship North Carolina. The City of Wilmington, has wonderful restaurants, museums, horse drawn carriage rides, historic district trolley tours, Thalian Hall, Antique shops and much more.

Site seeing in the Cape Fear Region Pleasure Island offers an aquarium and the Fort Fisher State Historic site. Take a ferry ride to the quaint village of Southport with its wonderful antique shops, restaurants, and the N.C. Maritime Museum. You can spend a day on Bald Head Island. Just catch the ferry over, and enjoy riding around the island in a golf cart. Enjoy lunch or dinner before returning to the mainland. Downtown Wilmington, with its many wonderful restaurants, is just twenty minutes away. You can walk the river front, or visit the Railroad Museum, antique shops, the historic Cotton Exchange, and the City Market. There is also a Children's Museum and the Cape Fear Museum for your pleasure. Ride the Cape Fear Riverboats. Take a trolley or a horse and buggy ride through town. Visit the battleship USS North Carolina, the most decorated ship of WW2, docked in the Cape Fear River. Don't forget to stop at the famous Brits donut shop at the boardwalk, established in 1939

If you enjoy the theatre, visit Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts. These are just a few attractions we have to offer. A guide book of Wilmington is in our condo for your use. Tennis courts in Kure Beach just a ten minute ride from the condo.

Golf Information: The Cape Golf and Racquet Club and Beau Rivage Golf and Tennis Club, are just a five minute drive from Carolina Beach. Both clubs are open to the public.
