Glorious sunrises await you in this unique oceanfront condo with a family atmosphere. Open and airy, this condo is located on the second floor of a three-floor stack giving you shade in the afternoon while you watch the sunbathers and surfers below. Special features include a breathtaking ocean view, a wide luxurious beach, beautiful blue water, and an oceanfront swimming pool. Sea Colony is just two miles from NC State Park, the Southport Ferry, and the NC Aquarium. Enjoy the excellent restaurants on the island in Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, and Southport -- all just short distances away. Ride the golf carts on Bald Head Island or visit the beautiful live oak trees and the lighthouse on Oak Island. You can walk up the beach to Hardees or McDonald's for breakfast, and to the pier to watch the anglers. Or if you prefer the nostalgic, watch delicious donuts being made just as they were in 1939 -- at Britts Donut Shop on the Boardwalk.

We have the fabulous Azalea Festival in the Spring, a Greek Festival in the Summer and a Polish Festival in the Fall. We are located about two hours from the capital, Raleigh, and Myrtle Beach. In 5-6 hours you can be enjoying the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway and pristine mountain views with skiing available in the winter. On the way or while in Wilmingtom enjoy a round of golf and visit the many wineries in the area.
