Carolina Beach condo Rental Property Information

A luxurious beach retreat, yet Wilmington is just 15 minutes away and offers great restaurants, shopping, a quaint historic district, riverboat rides, horse-drawn carriages, and the battleship. But you will never need to leave Pleasure Island; the boardwalk, movies, shopping, boating, and fishing, are just minutes away. And at the end of the island is the Fort Fisher Aquarium and the Fort Fisher ferry to Southport and Bald Head Island. Our two-bedroom/two-bath condo is a first-floor unit in Sand Pebbles, with a full ocean view and two swimming pools. Newly redecorated in a blue and yellow color scheme that enhances the bright and open unit, this unit sleeps six to seven persons. There is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a full bed -- with a single on top (bunk unit) plus another twin, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the den. Sleep to the ocean sounds heard from the master bedroom and enjoy sunrise over the ocean from rocking chairs on the deck.

Carolina Beach offers the best of the Carolina coastal area. Only 15 miles from historic Wilmington and the charming river front, 2/12 hours from the Triangle area and accessible to other parts of the nation via I-40 and I-95. The temperate coastal climate attracts tourists all year including those seeking a both warmer winter climate and the lure of the ocean and the Cape Fear River. The Wilmington Azalea Festival, Carolina Beach Music Festival, state parks, theaters, multiple museums and verdant gardens offer opportunities for recreational activities and tranquil rest.

Why wait to see gas prices? Even a $1/gallon increase would probably mean $50 max for your travels & week-long stay! When our property manager starts the April ads, weeks will fill quickly...make a decision now! The metro Wilmington area has such a diverse array of attractions and things to do, from the Film studio to art museum, from State Parks to the renovated aquarium, from boating to Bird Island. Even take the ferry across from Ft. Fisher to Southport for antique shopping (Look for the 3 lighthouses on the way). Then think about the end of the year...Come and spend the winter with us. The beach is beautiful peaceful & quiet from September through May. Many snow birds come to the North Carolina beaches in search for a warmer climate. The condo is fully furnished and all the utilities are included for special winter prices..
