For golf fans, we have world class courses, and for children, we have a Victorian carousel in the nearby bustling seaport of Greenport & a small steam train in the high season.     ***PLEASE NOTE*** We do NOT rent the house for less than a full week. Our low season rates are very competitive for all the amenities the house offers. If you do not need the house for a whole week, that's fine, you can still rent the house, but we cannot rent the rest of the week to anyone else, so the cost is the same. In low season, our rates are very competitive and represent good value if there are 4+ people, but between end of May and end of August, we recommend you stay in a Hotel, especially if there are less than 4 people. We do not have time to help people find a hotel, sorry about that. We try to respond to *ALL* inquiries, but occasionally we are too busy with current guests to deal with inquiries for less than a week. Thanks for your understanding.
  • Security: $100 per person, minimum $500. Fully refundable if the house is left as it is found.
  • Cancellation: Advance rents paid are fully refundable if the house is rented for the same rate or higher rate, otherwise the difference is forfeit. We recommend all our guests take out travel insurance.

Most use local ingredients and serve local wines, fresh local fish from the sea and local farm produce. Depending on the season, you can also pick your own at the farms, which grow strawberries, asparagus, sweet corn, raspberries, peaches, broccoli, apples, tomatoes, carrots, spinach, peppers, cauliflower, beetroot, potatoes, onions, lavender, herbs, garlic, shallots, squash, sweet potato, lettuce, cucumber, amongst other fruits and vegetables and of course, an abundance of flowers and plants. The local houses are festooned with colorful hanging baskets. Personal favorites: The Frisky Oyster, Touch of Venice, North Fork Table & Inn, Farmers Bar, Paganos, Meson Ole, Portobello. *Minimum booking one full week*

November brings the grape harvest and the stunning fall colors of New England.
