Central air, security alarm (not that you need it) HDTV-50 inch wide-screen plasma TV with built-in surround sound with Harmony all-in-one remote. HDTV 30 inch flat screen TV in master bedroom. 5-music CD changer and two DVD-recorders. One small flat screen TV with DVD built-in. Formal dining room with brand new ebony wood table and ultra-suede chairs that seat 8 with comfort. Also, one china corner cabinet is set aside for your use. Charming nursery with crib, box spring and mattress which has bumpers and is skirted. Baby changing table with drawers and side dresser with drawers. A high chair is provided as well as new crib sheets and blankets. (all new). In addition, all the furniture throughout the home is brand new. Sun room, fully furnished, central air conditioning throughout. Walk to JFK Museum, JFK Memorial, Harbor with Ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket Islands.

During the Peak summer months of June, July & August, a multitude of various festivals take place. Hyannis is also a mecca for shopping. There is scenic route 6A with quaint antique shops. Take the 21 mile bike route from Buzzards Bay through Hyannis, to Provincetown. Near the harbor, where you can take a tour to see the 'Kennedy Compound', whale watching, sailing. Ride the ferry to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket Islands (40 min to get there) The seafood is great ! Beautiful Hydrangea Flowers are everywhere....So many beaches up and down the Nantucket Sound. Also many concert series at the 'Melody Tent' which is a walking distance to the home. It takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to the beaches. Golfing, Yacht Clubs, ....Main Street (Downtown) has so many shops and restaurants of all flavors, and is only 2 short blocks from the home.
