Sutton Place Amenities Dine outside on the spacious deck with gas barbecue. All this is on the main floor. Go downstairs and find a recreation room with billiards, ping pong and foosball tables, satellite TV, VCR and DVD player with an awesome DVD library and home theater featuring Surround Sound, lots of board games and puzzles, wet bar, a video game room, three bedrooms, a full and a half bath. The daylight basement leads to a beautifully landscaped yard with covered patio. Having company with an RV? No problem, this property has plenty of extra parking including an RV pad with 30 amp electrical hook up. You will have 103 feet of private beach, a deep water carpeted boat dock with swim stairs and a covered boat slip. A lakeside deck overlooks it all. We are located in the deep water part of the lake so swimming and boating are never a problem. Bring your boat or rent one from the local Marina. Fish for bass, pike or crappie right off the dock.

Local attractions A gourmet restaurant is just minutes away and it's also just a short drive to Avondale Golf & Tennis Club for some world class golfing at reasonable rates. You will not believe how relaxed you will feel after a week spent on the lake.
