Situated in a spectacular year-round vacation and resort area, this comfortable and fully-furnished ground-floor unit, located in the Village at Greyhawk condominiums, less that a two-minute walk to the main lifts (I paced 176 steps) and the magnificent Warm Springs lodge. A high-speed quad chair runs directly to the top of Bald Mountain. Lift lines are practically non-existent at Sun Valley. Ski Magazine, in its October 2003 issue, voted Sun Valley as one of North America's to 10 resorts and second in overall service and on-the-mountain food. The town of Ketchum is one the eighteen best ski towns in North America.
The unit has two full-sized built-in bunks and an extra half bath in order to accommodate three couples or a family of eight (utilizing the quality sofa bed). The living room has views of the lower ski trails.

A heated swimming pool (kept at hot tub temperatures during the ski season and featuring whirlpool jets), sauna and laundry are less than fifty feet from the unit.
The town of Ketchum is only five minutes from Warm Springs and features a wide choice of outstanding restaurants, shopping and art galleries. A shuttle bus provides free round-trip service to Ketchum and stops directly across the street from the condominium.
The Sun Valley area offers world-class recreational opportunities, including down-hill, Nordic and cross-country skiing. There is golfing, fly-fishing, hiking, biking (on a 25-mile paved trail), white-water rafting, mountain biking, rock-climbing and year-round ice skating.
All with a spectacular mountain setting!
