As you enter the front door your eyes are captured by a beautiful tiled dining area with floor to ceiling windows graced with sunflower valances and tons of light making it cheerful and tropical both in and out. The dining room is furnished with a beautiful Bali bamboo furniture. Attached to the dining room is a full-service kitchen equipped with all brand new major appliances as well as small appliances that make dining at home most convenient. Many of your meals will most likely be shared out on your own private deck furnished with a gas grill and under the covered thatched grass canopy, shaded by huge palms and indigenous Hawaiian trees reminding you of why you chose Maui Sugar Beach Inn as opposed to a local hotel. The ultimate family dining experience. As the center piece of the expansive living room is a huge 3 piece bamboo sectional that hardly puts a dent in the floor space.

Perfect for entertaining family and friends, you can enjoy this spacious living room without clutter. For those quiet evenings at home, the family can enjoy a large color tv with cable, dvd, cd, and tuner for your favorite movies and music. If you prefer to read, you can choose from a great assortment of novels, educational, and spiritual books also available for your enjoyment. Our penthouse suite master bedroom is very spacious (approx. 18x20), furnished with an Hawaiian decor with a king size bed, large dresser, large TV, cable, DVD, double floor to ceiling mirror closet doors, and double sliding glass doors that accesses a lanai overlooking the tropical rock garden and surrounded by palm trees and singing birds. The private master bathroom is attached with double pedestal sinks and tiled shower. The second bedroom is furnished in soft green tones with a king size bed, cable and color TV, large dresser and double mirrored closet doors.

The third bedroom of the penthouse is furnished with blue tones and a sailboat theme, both a queen size and a twin daybed (sleeping 3), two small dressers, Color TV, and double mirrored closet doors. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a whirlpool bathtub, pedestal sink, and tiled throughout. As an added penthouse feature, you can rent our adorable attached 1 bedroom suite. This suite can be accessed from either inside the penthouse or from a private entrance outside. Offering an artistic Hawaiian flare, a lovely mural covers the living room wall. This additional suite is completely tiled, provide a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a balcony, a third bathroom, another family room, and kitchenette with granite countertops and custom cabinetry. It's perfect for the Bride and Groom. We call it the pleasure palace.
