This newly remodeled private one story three bedroom, three bath Princeville vacation home has been refurbished and decorated to please any guest with the utmost 'discriminating taste'. This Hawaiian style house has an expansive wrap-around deck overlooking the Lakes 9 Fairway on Princeville's famed Makai Golf Course. The spacious 2,500 + sq. ft. living space sleeps three couples comfortably and/or up to twelve people with still lots of room to stretch. There are two separate wings connected by a common sitting room that leads to an expansive deck servicing a state of the art Jacuzzi Spa Hot Tub , a Weber gas grill and patio dining table/chairs.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Security Deposit
    In general, receipt of a Security Deposit of $300 - $1000 per one to two week* reservation is required within 10 days to confirm your reservation. The Security Deposit is separate from the rent and will be refunded by mail approximately 30-45 days following completion of your stay. The specified cleaning fee will be deducted from the Security Deposit, along with any charges for missing items, excessive cleaning/laundry, or damage that is beyond normal wear and tear.

    Cancellations
    Upon 90 days written notice we will refund the Security Deposit net of a $50 administration fee. If less than 90 days written notice is received, the entire Security Deposit will be forfeited. If less than 60 days written notice is received, the entire rent and excise tax will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property.

    Rental Fees
    Receipt of full payment of the rental fees plus taxes is due by no later than 60 days prior to your check-in date. All rat
  • tes quoted are subject to a 4.166% gross excise tax and 7.25% transient accommodation tax. In general, there is a five-night minimum stay. Exceptions may be made if there is an existing window of availability. There is a slight premium on the nightly rate when the stay is for less than a full week. On stays of longer than a week, extra nights are pro-rated at the weekly rate.

    Payment of initial deposits and entire rental fees may be made by personal check or Credit Card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

    Special Terms
    *Extended Stay Reservations - For reservations of 3 weeks and longer, a larger Security Deposit will be required. This varies by property and length of stay and may be assessed as a % of the rental fee, a portion of which may be credited toward the rental fee at the time it becomes due.

The second wing has a private entrance, separate living room, 2nd master bedroom (king bed) & master bath and kitchenette. From Emmalani Kai you can walk to restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis & beach trails. Pristine Hanalei Bay awaits you just an eight minute drive down the hill for surfing, sailing, fishing, boogie-boarding, or simply relaxing on the sun bathed white sandy beaches.

For a truly awesome spectacle, stay until late afternoon and witness possibly, the most beautiful sunset in the Hawaiian Islands. Don't forget your camera ! ! We've thought of everything !
