Spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic are available off of the master bedroom balcony. High speed wireless Internet, with coverage out to the pool is available. A brand new 40' plasma TV is the centerpiece of the family entertainment center with Premium cable channels such as HBO, etc. Two additional color TVs are located in the bedrooms. Hot tub is on the back deck with a picnic table and a brand new Weber gas grill. Our house is fully furnished with everything you’d expect – towels, linens, microwave, toaster, etc…..and yes, there’s a blender. We also go the extra mile and provide the miscellaneous household products such as laundry detergent, dish soaps, paper towels, etc. Local newspapers are delivered for your convenience. We even provide an extra tank of propane gas, for the grill, just in case you run out (we try and think of everything to make your stay an enjoyable event). You will sleep like a baby in our beds, as they all have have 600 thread count sheets.

Amenities The house sits on an unusually large lot, large enough to fit two houses. It sits way back from the street, ensuring your privacy (see photo). Hot tub is on the back deck with a picnic table and a Weber gas grill. We also provide an extra tank of propane, just in case you run out when you're cooking that special dinner

Activities Our house is fully furnished with everything you’d expect – towels, linens, microwave, toaster, etc…..and yes, there’s a blender. We also go the extra mile and provide the miscellaneous household products such as laundry detergent, dish soaps, paper towels, etc. - no need to hassle with these upon your arrival. You will sleep like a baby in our beds, as they all have have 600 thread count sheets. The master bathroom and all bedrooms were renovated 10/08 - new paint, carpets, etc. All 3 bedrooms have tropical themes as well. Family room TV has a 40' plasma TV - 2 additional color TVs are in the bedrooms. Local newspapers are delivered to the house for your convience. When you arrive you'll have chocolates on your pillows and fresh cut flowers on your table. This house has it all!

Sombrero Beach features picnic areas complete with grills, brand-new shower facilities indoors and outdoors, beach volleyball, a landscaped grassy nature walk, and a long sandy beach with a roped-in swimming area, suitable for swimming and snorkeling. Our house is stocked with plenty of board games as well as outdoor games(croquet) for those days/nights you fell like chillin’ at the house. Of course, a five minute walk to one of the Keys’ best beaches is always on the agenda, day or night!
