Naples villa Rental Property Information

Spacious luxury villa with a huge master bedroom and en suite with walk in shower. Has his and hers walk in closets and patio doors which lead out to the pool area. There are 2 lounges, the main lounge having a 32' colour television.There is a formal dining area and a separate breakfast dining area.The kitchen is filled with every appliance needed.There is also a utility room with large washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large walk in closet and the twin bedroom also has a large walk in closet. All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. The 2nd bathroom, which these two rooms share, has overhead shower in the bath. The pool has optional electric heating and the patio has sun lounger’s, table and 6 chairs, and gas barbecue and is ideal for dining al fresco. There are plenty of board games, playing cards, jigsaws, books available. High speed Internet facilities are available, also free long distance telephone calls to the USA and Canada

Fort Myers, Captiva and Sanibel Islands are all within driving distance of the villa and make a great day out. New pool surface and tiling carried out as well as new block paving to the surrounding pool deck area and patio.
