In addition the villa has a TV/Family room which is separate from the main living room. The split floor plan has the master bedroom/bathroom on one side of the villa and the other two guest rooms with bathroom on the opposite side of the villa which allows a family of four and two other adults privacy. At the back there is an established and private tropical garden and caged pool area and patio for outdoor dining.
