This location is 'Ideal' in many ways. It is close to shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing and the beaches yet far enough away to eliminate the noise and traffic. Located in a small upscale subdivision with many friendly neighbours. There is a small park across the street for children and the area is good for walking and biking. There are 4 bikes in the garage. There is also some beach paraphernalia, (4 lounges, an umbrella, child’s toys) located in the garage. The use of barbeque is located in the pool area is free. The nearest food, drug, banking, restaurants and video stores are very close. To get to the villa from the airport take Daniels Street left out of airport (from I-75 go right on Daniels) to Six Mile Cypress, about 2 miles. Take 6-Mile-Cypress (left) to Summerlin Street about 4 miles (Six Mile Cypress changes names at Route 41 to Gladiolus Street). At Summerlin you are now 8/10 of a mile from the Villa, 10 minutes from the beaches & at an upscale mall.

Notes:

The house has 10 foot high interior walls and cathedral ceilings. There is a large master bedroom and master bath. There is a separate shower, large tub, double sinks and a separate toilet room. There is an eating table in the kitchen area and also a separate dining room. The kitchen area offers great views of the pool and lake via 2 8 foot glass panels and 8' glass doors. The lanai is a great entertaining area. The table seats 6 and two ceiling light/fans in the lanai area. There are additional Folding chairs in laundry. The master bed room also has sliding glass doors to the lanai/pool area. The pool and spa are open to the south and to the west sides of the house - consequently they get sun all day. However, you can merely step into the lanai area if you want to avoid the direct sun light. The house is smoke free. Smoking indoors is prohibited but one can smoke on the lanai near the pool. The house provides exceptional views of the pool area and of the lake in the rear of the house.

The family room of this home has large windows over looking the lake and 8 foot glass panels for viewing the pool area. The pool are has a barbeque and large picnic table with 6 layback chairs with 2 foot rests and 4 lounge chairs. There is a picnic table on the lanai near the pool which seats 6, you also have free use of the barbeque located in the pool area. There is one full bathroom in the pool area for showering and/or drying before returning to the house/pool. The spa and pool are both heated and are controlled by controls on the pool area bathroom wall, See write up at the villa for specific pool control instructions. The waterfall is programmed to run 8:00 AM through 6:00 PM. (Unless spa heater is in use, then water fall should not be running or spa heat will be lost to the pool). There are 4 bedrooms with queen sized beds & 4 full bath rooms.

Other Activities GAMBLE ON THE CASINO BOAT, EATING AT MANY GREAT RESTURANTS AND FORT MYERS COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES.
