- During the Easter and Christmas holidays, the house is to be rented for minimum 2 weeks a least. The weekly US-Dollar-rate is 770 plus tax. Electricity and water consumption (approx. 65 Dollars per week total) are charged separately. There is an additional 120 US Dollar flat rate for final cleaning to be paid directly to the cleaning company at checkout. The security deposit is 250 Dollars and will be due upon signing the rental contract.

In the kitchen, there is a coffee machine, an electric kettle, as well as a toaster. Towels, beach towels and bathing towels are available.
