Property The property has a size of approximately 1000 m² (1 sq m aprox. = 10 sq ft) and is located directly at the water. From an own landing stage one can reach the Gulf of Mexico in approximately 30 minutes floating along beautiful houses and properties. There are also seating facilities at the landing stage on a 10 m² (1 sq m aprox. = 10 sq ft) plateau. The garden is planted with different palm trees, trees and bushes that are illuminated at night. The property is not visible by the neighbours from the side.
Premises 1 large, open living room, open dining room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 TV room, as well as 1 office and a cloakroom.
Accoutrements Additionally to the living area of 220 m² (1 sq m aprox. = 10 sq ft) , there is an outside area of a roofed-over terrace, gas barbeque, as well as comfortable divan beds and teak furniture. Teh heated pool and the entire outside area are protected against insects by a screen. Especially families with children can enjoy a carefree holiday, because the swimming pool can be protected by a security fence on demand, for children being able to play by the pool without surveillance. Even a camp bed, as well as two child car seats are at your disposal. Just the same you can discover the lovely neihgbourhood on one of 2 regular and 2 children bicycles. Several coolers of different sizes, beach chairs and sunscreens are also at your command.
