Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Security Deposit: You must pay a security deposit of $300 56 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). The cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required, your security deposit will be refunded in full to you 14 days after your departure from the property. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused or service charges incurred by you, you will be responsible for paying us any additional monies required immediately on request from us.
  • Payment: In order to confirm your stay, a security deposit of $300 (or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below.

    Period before start of stay within which written/email notification of cancellation is received by us.
    Cancellation charge: more than 8 weeks - deposit only; less than 8 weeks - deposit + 20% of balance; less than 6 weeks - deposit + 40% of balance; less than 4 weeks - deposit + 60% of balance; less than 2 weeks - deposit + 80% of balance; less than 1 weeks - deposit + 100% of balance.
  • - Stays of less than 6 nights will incur an additional cleaning charge of $90.00.

    - SNOW BIRD RATES AVAILABLE $2800 per month inclusive of all taxes and Pool Heating (Jan - Mar 10)

    - Payments made by PAYPAL are subject to a 3.4-3.9 % surcharge to cover their charges (NOT MINE I HASTEN TO ADD). This charge decreases according to the sum paid so I will confirm this charge in quote.

If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone with Free unlimited Local and International calls. Unlimited within U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, N. Mariana Islands and Canada. For internet connections we can provide a Wireless Broadband for your use. Configuration information is provided prior to your arrival departure. Eating & living, to prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and blender. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. There is a hair dryer. We also provide cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc. Towels & bed linen are provided, but not beach towels.
