Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Long stay discounts are available: Stay 4 weeks for the price of 3! A reservation deposit of £200 ($300) is payable at the time of booking.
    Prices include the cost of all utilities and free local phone call, and high speed Internet access. the final balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. If you stay less than 6 nights, an additional £50 ($90) surcharge is made for cleaning.
    Rental periods commence at 4pm on the day of arrival and end at 11am on the day of departure.
    All major Credit cards are accepted. (on which a 3.9% admin fee is payable).
  • Pool heating is available for a weekly charge of £85 ($150). This should be booked in advance so the heater can be switched on prior to you arrival. Advisable for stays from November to March.
    Deposits: A £200 ($300) security deposit will be required in advance of you arrival, and refunded within 28 days of departure.
  • Refunds: Longer than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only will be charged. Up to 8 weeks 50% of rental cost; Under 8 weeks 100% of rental cost will be charged.

Located in secured, private surroundings guests can use all the Southern Dunes facilities including the golf clubhouse which offers an excellent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with bar facilities. At the entrance to the development, within easy walking distance, are a bank, petrol station and two excellent 24 hour superstores, Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie which sell everything you can possibly imagine. ADD to this an amazing NEW chop house called Manny's that serves the most delicious steaks, ribs and shrimp and the All Star Bar & Grill, a sports bar that serves great food and that shows UK football & sport. Like all our guests we come to Florida for the variety of activities whether it is the sun, Disney, wildlife, golf, tranquillity or a mixture of it all. Southern Dunes offers not only one of the best golf courses in the USA but a level of tranquillity that allows you to relax after the bustle of the theme parks and feel like you're actually having a holiday!

Golf Information: Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club has been ranked 51st in the Top 100 courses in America by Golfweek for the past seven years and there are presently 20,000 courses in the USA. In its short history, Southern Dunes has received numerous awards from the golf industry: Top 10 courses built in the past 10 years by Links Magazine, America's Best Top 40 Daily Fee Courses in America by Golf & Travel, Places to Play by Golf Digest. Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club was opened in 1993 and was designed by golf course architect Steve Smyers. This dramatic hillside layout was built and is maintained to play fast and firm to enhance the bounce and roll of the ball. It encourages the use of slopes and contours to advance the ball toward the hole. Of course, playing the bump-and-run shots on uneven contours requires imagination and creativity. The rolling terrain, steep elevation, large-and-fast greens and massive high-lipped bunkers make Southern Dunes distinctively different.
