Notes:

Pool heat is charged separately. One bedroom has twin beds and two bedrooms have king sized beds and are en-suite. All rooms bar one have a ceiling fan to complement the air conditioning. We have tried to make this a home from home and there are five TV's, 2 DVD players, CD player and board games for all to enjoy.

Why stay here? We've been visiting Florida for several years now and decided to purchase this villa for ours and we hope your comfort and enjoyment. It is bright and airy, the screened pool with its chairs and lounger’s is great after a long day seeing the sights, visiting the theme parks or just shopping!! We have tried to make it as homely as possible for your enjoyment and hope that once you have stayed you will visit time and time again like us!! A recent stay at end of 2006 was enjoyed so much by the family that they have booked again for 2007!
