A security deposit of £200.00/$300.00 (returned within 14 days after your departure and inspection by management company) is required for any breakages/damages incurred during your stay.

  • Guest check out cleaning fees are included for bookings of 7 days or more. Cleaning for less than 7 days will be charged at £70/$110. Mid term cleaning by request. Pool heating available at £18/$27 per day £100/$150 per week and is recommended from November to March. All prices include taxes.

French doors lead from the master bedroom out to the pool deck. The second master bedroom includes similar features and a queen size bed, ample closet space and a T.V. The en-suite bathroom has a basin, w.c. and shower over bath. Having two master bedrooms makes it possible for two families to share. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds , large closets, T.V.s , nightstands and lamps.
