A large and fantastically equipped kitchen with fully upgraded wooden cabinets and appliances. Quality china, crockery and equipment you will find nothing missing in this kitchen! There is no less than 3 big screen TVs in this home. No other vacation home that we know offers 3 big screen TVs, eight TVs in all. There is even one by the pool. The entertainment is provided in the main Sitting room with a large state of the art Mitsubishi 64in big screen TV! With surround sound and a collection of the latest Hollywood Movies on Video and DVD for your viewing pleasure and a full entertainment centre all piped out to the pool area. This luxury home has four Master Suites, The two main Master Bedrooms have giant 60 inch projection TVs and DVD/Video Players. All four Master bedrooms have king beds of the highest quality and en suite bathrooms. Each King suite has for your entertainment - a TV and DVD system. All suites are luxuriously finished to an extremely high standard.

There are TV and Video combos, a selection of children's movies and a Playstation Game console for every body's enjoyment. The villa accommodates 16 comfortably and has been designed for the most discerning guest who simply wants something special. Our games room has a full size top of the range Pool Table and a Las Vegas Slot Machine with free tokens. It is fully air conditioned and carpeted. So Dad when your kids have continuously beaten you in the Games Room and its time to throw in the towel, head for the pool area.. So you want to relax? Outside you will find the biggest pool area of all the rental homes in Orlando, an incredible 40 x 20 Pool and Spa/Jacuzzi for 8 people and children's Mickey Mouse pool.

The pool has two solid floating loungers, lie onto one of the floating loungers and watch your troubles drift away or why not relax in our two people hammock, lay back, close your eyes, feel the sun on you face and listen the birds whistling and the gentle sounds of water from the pool fountains. The Pool, Jacuzzi and Children's Mickey Mouse Pool are fitted with Fibre Optic Lighting which makes them change color every 30 seconds. This provides an incredible light show at night and the adults seem to love it as much as the children. We have the biggest deck area of any rental home in Orlando with ample loungers and a full dining table under the lanai, there is also a TV outside by the pool and music is piped to the pool area. You can sit outside and enjoy your favourite TV program or lay back and listen to your favourite music. The Sun decks are South/East facing so the sun is on the pool area the moment it rises.

Skiing Information: The items we include are: Two Cribs, a High Chair, Fisher Price Musical Bouncer Seat, Infant/toddler drinking cups and bowls and Two Strollers, Videos & DVDs. Two Way Radios: We have provided for our guests a pair of Two Way Radios. These are extremely useful in the parks or when you go shopping. Have your kids carry one in the parks, it will add a little more security and safety and you can enjoy your day more. I give my wife one when we go to Walmart because she has the ability to become invisible whenever we go shopping there. Electric Gates: Formosa Gardens is a gated community. Access is through electronic gates, these open after you stop and input a code. For our guests comfort we provide an electronic gate opener. As you approach the entrance, hit the button and the gates open. Computer & Internet Access: For your convenience and pleasure we also have a HP flat screen PC with a lightning fast always on connection with 24 hour access to the Internet.

Golf Information: We have soft upholstered pool furniture, comfortable sun loungers, occasional drink tables, to provide shade for the fairer skinned a large under cover Lanai area with full dining facilities, large fans and Sound system. Outside the pool area there is a barbecue for those large get together's . Children's Play Area: We have a children¿s play area outside the pool area fitted with swings and slide and a sand box and lots of other stuff to keep little ones amused for hours. So you can relax at the pool and still keep an eye on them. Bikes: We have provided bikes for our guests and one of them even has a baby seat on the back so everyone can enjoy them. Babies: After travelling with babies many times, we understand how stressful it can be to travel without all of the baby equipment that you have at home. With that in mind, we have tried to include everything that a family with a baby might need.
