Emerald Island villa Rental Property Information

Only 3 miles to WDW, 1 exceptionally well furnished, interior designed two-story villa to rent with: seven bedrooms, four & a half bathrooms, game room, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen with extended breakfast bar, two master king-size bedrooms, two queen-size bedrooms, & three twin-size bedrooms. The south-facing pool has been extended to 14 feet by 32 feet, there is also an extended covered lanai area to shade from the sun, as well as an pool deck which has also been extended to 21 feet by 40 feet. The heated spa can hold up to six persons. All bedrooms have cable TV/DVD or TV/video & clock radios. Family room has 65 inch wide-screen cable TV, video, & DVD. Game room has a TV & PlayStation 2 with latest games as well as eight foot pool table & ping pong table. A selection of books & DVDs are also provided for your enjoyment. There is also a hi-fi in the living room. Lots of Baby equipment is also supplied ask for details. Now with Wireless Broadband Internet Access.

With lots of extra amenities and features it is one of the most popular destinations for families visiting Orlando, Kissimmee and Florida. Shops, Banks, Doctors, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are only 5 minutes drive away on US192.
