Fantastic location 2 miles from Disney. Our luxury home is situated in the quite location of Rolling Hills 5 mins to Disney, close to several shopping malls and many golf courses. It is perfect for 1 or 2 families. It has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest standards. Our beautiful home has 5 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk.) It has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. An Informal dining area, a family room, an elegant sitting room and formal dining area. A large games room with pool table, air hockey & numerous games for all ages. The south facing swimming pool has an adjoining hot tub, there is a large deck area with sun loungers and a covered lanai area with table and chairs for outside dining & a BBQ. There is also a selection of good quality Restaurants. There are several shopping malls within easy reach and numerous golf courses.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 is required at time of booking. Balance is required 12 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £250 against breakages / damage will also be required with the final payment and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection by the management company. All rates are subject to 13% Florida Tourist Taxes. If you stay for under 2 weeks there will be a cleaning charge of £80. There is an extra charge for pool heat at £110 per week (advised between November and March). Please confirm at time of booking.
    The full balance will be payable if cancellations are within twelve weeks of the commencement date. It is advised you insure against this.
    Rates are negotiable for late availability and for bookings over three weeks.
