  • 13% Florida taxes will be added to all rentals
    A Security deposit of $250 will be added to the final balance, to be returned within 30 days if no damage is caused to the property.
    There is free solar pool heating, but you have the option of supplementary electric pool heating at a charge of $120 per week. Must be booked in advance.
    Rentals of less than 5 nights incur a cleaning charge of $75
    No other extras are charged. You pay the price as shown. All prices are fixed once deposit is paid, and no increase will be made to that price regardless of any subsequent change in rates.
  • Bookings for 2011 will be charged at 2010 rates until rates are updated for 2011. Don't delay, pay a deposit and get the benefit of lower prices guaranteed. Once deposit is paid there will be no increase to the agreed rate.

  • Master bathroom has a huge newly renovated shower enclosure, twin basins and a large walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a bath with shower. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms, and all towels are provided, including pool towels.

  • 2 doubles, 1 twin, 1 cot. Master Bedroom has en-suite, TV with video and DVD player and a comfortable swivel rocking chair. The other two bedrooms which share the second bathroom have TV and DVD players. We provide all bed linens and towels, even pool towels and there are hairdryers in both bathrooms. The whole house has just been re-carpeted and upgraded in the last year, making this a very comfortable home for your vacation. We take a great pride in our home and hope that you will get the same enjoyment from it as we do ourselves. The garden area in particular is one of the best in the area, planted out with fruit trees & flowering bushes. It is very private making it an oasis of tranquility after long days at the Theme parks or shopping in the wonderful Malls. The pool is oversize and the pool deck has just been extended making even more space for our guests. There several loungers, chairs, small side tables and a dining table & chairs plus BBQ on the screened pool deck.

For your comfort we restrict the number of guests to six, plus an infant under 2yrs who will sleep in a crib (which doubles as a playpen for safety at the pool). We also offer FREE phone calls, local, long distance and international, (except UK mobiles) to enable you to keep in touch & wireless internet access. The washer & dryer are situated in the garage along with an iron & ironing board. The kitchen has a breakfast nook in the bay window overlooking the front garden. We welcome long stay visitors and offer a discount for stays of three weeks or more. The Master Bedroom has a TV/DVD/Video & comfortable rocking/swivel chair to provide a quiet space. We also have a pushchair (stroller) & highchair & crib available for use. The garden/yard is completely fenced for privacy & is planted with flowering bushes & young fruit trees (you are welcome to pick fruit if it is ready). We have added many extras for our own use and obviously our guests benefit from these. A very comfortable home.

The pool is a delightful area to relax in with comfortable padded loungers & a lovely shady lanai for those who don't like too much sun & a fan to keep you cool & an extended deck area. You will love this oasis of peace & quiet after a busy day at the parks, golfing or shopping. Why not have a BBQ & relax with a drink, Florida's drink drive laws are very strict, why risk going out, get the beer & wine in the fridge & enjoy! Pool heat available, see rates. We have also installed a TV,Video & DVD player plus a comfortable chair in the Master bedroom for those who want to get away from everyone for a while. The other two bedrooms also have TV/DVD players. The lounge has a large TV & DVD player too. Our garden area is planted out with flowers & fruit trees & is fully fenced for your privacy. If there is fruit ready you are welcome to pick it, lemons for your drinks, grapefruit too, what more could you want? At Christmas we put up a Christmas tree & decorate the outside with lights.

Disney is very close (within 5 miles) & all the other attractions are close by as well as the Shopping Malls and the golf course at Orange Lake Country Club is just at the top of the road. There is also the great golf course at Celebration & many others all around. The Gulf coast is barely 2 hours drive and Cape Canaveral just over an hour away. These trips make a change from the theme parks. Lindfields is a very popular area but quiet and peaceful. There are two Public supermarkets less than 2 miles away, There is also a Papa John's Take-a-way Pizza parlor there & the Pizzas are great. There is a Super Wal-mart about 4 miles away, also a Super Target & stores are opening monthly, we can't keep up with it all ourselves. There are also many restaurants in all price ranges.. We especially like The Outback, The Longhorn Steak House and Carrabas Italian Restaurant and the terrific Colorado House of Beef. With all our budget stretched right now a home makes good sense, why not try it.

We can arrange car hire & park tickets for our guests at competitive rates & we always try to give you helpful advice to plan your vacation to help you have a wonderful time in the 'Sunshine State'. We ask that you do not smoke on the premises or in the pool area. We like to keep our home sweet smelling for all our guests so we hope that you will respect our no smoking policy, we also do not allow animals You've tried the rest - now try the best! We have many guests who return year after year, many of them have become friends over the years, we hope you will want to join them.
