Lake Marion Resort condo Rental Property Information

Lake Marion is an idyllic private community set on a 3800 acre freshwater lake. The resort is located 35 minutes drive from the high tempo theme park attractions of Orlando. Cypress Gardens is 20 minutes away and Orlando airport is 40 minutes away. With Lake Marion you get so much more because though the parks are very accessible you have the place to relax and unwind whether it is fishing or canoeing on the lake, watching a sunset over the lake while BBQ your evening meal, or just taking a dip in the pool or hot tub...you decide. The lake has nature trails around the outside and for the more energetic the clubhouse has a fitness centre and floodlight basketball and tennis courts The condo itself is a self contained home so you will only have to bring your personal items. The property is only one year old so everything is very new. There are five golf course very near Lake Marion and numerous others within short driving distance. Located 35 Mins south of Orlando and the Disney Theme parks and 40 minutes from the Universal Studio Parks Lake Marion is well within driving distance of the Orlando parks. The resort is centred around a 3800 acre lake and is 10 minutes drive from restaurants and shops including a Super Wal Mart. Nemerous Golf Courses are very close including two on the other side of the lake. Tampa and Busch gardens are only 35 minutes away and Kennedy Space Centre is only 75 minutes away. The resort has onsite communal Adult and Children's swimming Pools, Hot Tub, Lake Front Beach, Floodlit Tennis Courts, Fitness Centre, beach volleyball, and Lake Front Picnic Spots. The Resort also has a convenience store on site and a management firm on site who can deal quickly with any problems should they arise.

Fishing The Lake provides great fishing from either the shore or the jetty located close to the property. With the Lake being 3800 acres in size you wont be short of places to cast your line!

Golf Information: Lake Marion is a Golfers heaven. There are 5 courses that are on the resorts doorstep and countless other which are a short drive away. I have compiled a binder that is kept at the property which contains details of all the local courses including phone numbers, length, green fees etc. Also included are whether there are any special facilities such as driving ranges etc. So when you come and visit us don't forget to bring your clubs!!
