Located at the highly desirable 5 star Windsor Hills resort in Kissimmee Florida, we give you the Disney look and feel at a much more affordable price. This is a true home away from home that our guests actually look forward to returning to each evening after a long fun filled day at the theme park or elsewhere.

We are located in the heart of the Central Florida theme park area, only minutes away from Disney, Universal, and Seaworld. You will find every type of restaurant imaginable plus shops, outlet malls, and other tourist attractions nearby. If there is a shuttle launch scheduled, Kennedy Space Center is less than a hour away. Also within an hour's drive are the beautiful Florida beaches on either coast. NASCAR fans...Daytona is not that far. If you are a golf nut, the entire area is a golfer's dream come true so bring your clubs. If you can't, our property manager will rent you a set and have them waiting for you at the condo. Right next door to Windsor Hills is Mystic Dunes, a challenging 18 hole course that provides GPS equipped golf carts that have the ability to even order lunch on the fly.

Resort amenities Just minutes away from Disney, Windsor Hills Resort is an amenity in itself and includes gated security, a spectacular double Olympic sized heated pool with waterslide, fountains, beach area, and an absolutely wonderful large hot whirlpool spa that is guaranteed to soothe even the most tired and achy muscles and make you feel like a new person. Newly opened is the resort's night lit Sports Recreational facility that provides tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts along with a large golf putting green. The clubhouse has a fitness room, game room, HD 42 seat private movie theater, and a convenience store. Also at Windsor Hills is an adorable children's themed playground complete with a castle and giant chess board. This is why after only a couple years of existence and word of mouth has spread, Windsor Hills has become the most desired vacation rental resort in the entire Kissimmee area.

We also provide an 'in the condo' guest programmable safe for your valuables including laptops. Included with your rental are 4 flat screen color TVs w/DVD, handpicked for comfort Serta mattresses for sound and restful sleep, games, CD stereo, Playstation 2 w/dual controllers, pool noodles, child's highchair and booster seat, stroller, Pack and Play porta crib, child safety bed rails, foldaway shopping cart and more. Also provided is free and unlimited broadband internet access for your personal laptop and unlimited local and long distance telephone service throughout the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. If you need door to door shuttle service to the theme parks just ask us.
Elevators, access, and parking All condo buildings at Windsor Hills have dual centrally located elevators. You will never have to lug your heavy suitcases up flights of stairs to get to Mickey's Safari unless you absolutely want to. Our building offers parking completely around the outside of it which insures you of always being able to find a close parking spot near a building entryway day or night.
