What better way to enjoy the Florida magic than in our new 5-bed, 4-bath exclusive air conditioned holiday villa for 2007 that offers you a level of luxury & refinement, in both furnishings & amenities we feel are among the best in the Orlando rental market. The villa is the largest on the Shires at West Haven - over 3600 Sq feet of living space, plus an extensive Lanai & matching balcony with French doors to both master bedrooms, so you will have ample room to relax & unwind. We are situated on a quiet south facing over sized cul-de-sac lot, presenting you with the opportunity for long sun drenched days around the pool & spa as well as room beyond the enclosure for the kids to play ball on the grass .

The Orlando area has an unparalleled array of tourist attractions & to get out there & experience as much of it as possible we strongly recommend car hire. The resort has its own tennis courts, clubhouse, communal swimming pool & gymnasium which is just a short walk away (From July/August). West Haven offers easy access to the US27-I4 intersection. This means it only takes 15 minutes to Disney World and all the other attractions in the area are an easy drive away. The world-renowned Championsgate golf resort featuring two 18-hole courses designed by Greg Norman is a mere two minutes drive from your vacation villa. Shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants are all readily available. Orlando International airport is 25 minutes drive away, Sanford airport 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport 75 minutes. Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.

  • THE MAGNIFICENT MASTER BEDROOM SUITE runs the length of the villa. This comprises a large bedroom with king size bed & double French doors opening onto the balcony. This leads into a lovely en-suite bathroom with double size shower, corner bath & twin sinks. You also have the walk-in wardrobe area, or should I say room. This is larger than many bedrooms! (11 x 12 feet) & you will just love the space. Adjacent is MASTER BEDROOM 2, this has another KIng size bed & built-in wardrobes. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom & again double French doors open out onto the balcony. Across the landing are BEDROOMS 4 & 5 Both with twin beds plus built-in wardrobes. On the ground floor is DOUBLE BEDROOM 3 with Queen size bed, dresser & built-in wardrobes. Right next to this bedroom is a bathroom that would effectively serve this bedroom during the night. Unusually for a villa this size we only have 5 bedrooms instead of the normal 6 or 7, so rest assured very generous rooms & spacious living have been given paramount importance...The LIVING & DINING ROOM is framed by elegant white pillars. The living area has a 3 seat sofa & twin reclining chairs, coffee table & lamps. We intended this as a quiet place for reading or chatting & so declined installing a T.V or stereo here. The dining area has a beautiful 8-seat pedestal dining table. The LARGE FAMILY ROOM has patio doors to the Lanai & large leather sectional sofa with integrated queen sleeper & double recliner sofa, a coffee table & two side tables with lamps. Across form the family room the LUXURY KITCHEN has Corien worktops, maple cabinets & a range of stylish barstools. There is a centre island plus all the modern kitchen components, including 23cu fridge freezer, built in microwave, 30” electric range cooker, dishwasher, as well as all the other items you would expect to find.

Comprehensive range of baby equipment - stroller, high chair, cot, bath, sterilizer, monitor & toys so baby will feel right at home. This really is a beautifully appointed villa with many wonderful & unique features - spacious rooms fitted out with quality furniture & every entertainment extra you could wish for. 2 king size master bedroom suites with French doors to the 40' balcony that has it's own table, chairs & sun loungers. Then there is the primary master suite itself, some 44 feet long. Plus a host of other extras & upgrades so often overlooked, like hair dryers in every bathroom, clock radios, beds with Egyptian cotton sheets as standard & 70' bath sheets instead of the usual towels. All the facilities in the villa are designed to make your stay more comfortable, enjoyable & rewarding which we offer free for the duration of your stay- guaranteed. As a family we have stayed in many different villas over the years; some good & others not so good, so are confident our villa will offer the discerning guest everything they need.
