The Second Bedroom is also furnished to a very high standard with a Queen Sized Bed, TV, dresser, mirror, and walk in closet plus En Suite bathroom. The Third and Fourth Bedrooms are also fully equipped and suitable for both children and or male/female guests. These twin bedrooms share a bathroom which is adjacent. All towels and linen are provided. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for added sleeping areas if requried.

This is perfect setting to enjoy the Florida Sunshine or great to relax after a hard day at the attractions!! The villa has a South facing Pool and has an extended patio area. There is also a covered area with ceiling fan to provide some shade. Pool Heating is optional. There are only a few months of the year when this is required. Pricing on request. There is a Large luxurious Family Room, with comfortable seating and Patio doors which open out to the beautiful Pool/Spa area. TV with Cable TV and DVD Player and DVD’s PlayStation 2 + Games. Elegant Dining Room, with table and chairs providing ample seating. The Fully Equipped Kitchen, has been designed for your convenience and includes Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer with Ice Maker, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster plus all cutlery and crockery.
