Southern Belle Villa is a beautiful new seven bedroom, five bathroom property situated in the magnificent Hampton Lakes development. It enjoys a peaceful up-market location on Highway 27, yet it is only five minutes away from the attraction packed Highway 192. Special permission was granted to build this property with its extra spacious and impressive layout. The owners had first choice to pick the premium, oversize plot to locate this unique villa. The property is just a 15 minute drive to Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and the Water parks of Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. It's a 30 minute drive to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Shopping areas like the Florida Mall. It is also approximately one hour to the nearest coastal resorts such as Tampa Bay and Clearwater on the West coast, Daytona Beach and Cape Canaveral on the East coast.   • The villa is luxurious and completed to a very high standard throughout. The master suite is located on the ground floor (an advantage for those that might have difficulty with stairs) and is equipped with a king bed, walk-in closet, his and hers vanity unit, large shower cubicle, and a marble roman style tub. Upstairs there are a further six bedrooms, two are equipped with queen beds (equivalent to U. K. king size), three have Twin beds, and one has bunk beds. En-suite facilities are accessible from four of these bedrooms, and a family bathroom is also located on the upper floor. All bedrooms have been furnished, decorated to a superior standard (two are themed 'Space' and 'Disney') and a number of portable televisions have also been provided. The villa therefore accommodates 16 guests plus a baby (Crib and Cot); however we have provided extra flexibility of sleeping arrangements such as a fold-away bed, a 'Z' bed, two futons (in the Games Room), and the couch (in the lounge).

It is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, towels and linens, nursery equipment, DVDs, videos, books, toys and games. If you are visiting the Orlando Conference Center on business then Southern Belle Villa is the place to stay. We are only a 25 minutes drive away and you will make huge savings on hotel accommodation costs! The villa is luxurious and completed to a very high standard throughout.

Pool / Jacuzzi The fabulous (30ft x 15ft) Free Solar heated pool and jacuzzi is enhanced by an extended decking area and lanai (covered dining area), all of which is enclosed by a mesh screen which provides full protection against insects, without stopping your sun tan! The pool is surrounded by possibly the largest garden in the area (for improved privacy). The patio furniture includes numerous tables, chairs and sun loungers. Beach towels are provided .

Games Room A major advantage over other villas is the very spacious games room with pool table, table top soccer, darts, American football game, couches, a further television, DVD, VCR and surround-sound Hi-Fi. This room is ideal for entertaining the teenage members of your party separate from the main part of the property. Also included are the XBOX 360, Free WiFi (Requires Own Laptop), which enables free/cheap VOIP calls (eg Skype) and free Internet surfing. We think we've thought of everything, if not let us know.
