Davenport villa Rental Property Information

Our very popular villa is located on the exclusive West Stonebridge complex, just off the US 27 and only 3 miles north of Interstate 4 (junction 55), which links Florida's east & west coast. It's location to Walt Disney World is ideal, less than 15 minutes away. Our villa is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with a Lanai covered private pool, with privacy screening (added in 2008, not shown on the 2006 VR360 tour). The villa has been furnished throughout to a very high standard. There is a management company on site should any emergencies arise and additional equipment i.e. cots, highchairs can be hired from them. The master bedroom, which has patio door access out to the private pool, comes with a queen size bed. The large en suite bathroom has his & her hand basins and a large double shower. Our walk in closet gives you ample storage space. It also comes with TV, alarm clock & hairdryer for your convenience. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed, and again has a walk in closet.

    Optional Pool Heat is charged at £91 or $175 per week (£13 or $25 per day).
    A 10% Refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder of the balance due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. We accept both Pounds Sterling Cheques & US Dollar Checks. Also payment by PayPal is accepted with an additional 4% charge on top of the total rental cost. All State & Local Taxes are included in the villa rental, as is cleaning prior to arrival, & after departure. Not included in the villa price is Flights, Car Hire Holiday Insurance or

It also has an alarm clock. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and again a large walk in closet, we have a wall clock in here and a night light for the little ones if needed. The 2nd bathroom is shared by bedrooms 2 & 3 and comes with a single hand basin, bath, shower & hairdryer. The living area consists of an 8 seater dining table, Cable TV, DVD/CD player, Wireless Internet Connection, and 2 lovely large sofa's, one of which converts to a queen size bed. The patio door gives access to the private pool. Both patio doors are equipped with a pool alarm, which sends out a high pitch note should the door be opened by a young one. They are silenced simply by depressing the button. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large cooker/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher & waste disposal. It also has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle and all the pots and pans, utensils, cutlery & crockery you should need. There is also a 4 seater table & chairs and telephone.

Use of the phone will require a prepaid phone card which are readily available from Walgreen's, Publix or Walmart etc. The utility room has a washing machine & tumble dryer, plus an iron & ironing board. The double garage houses our patio furniture, which consists of a table & 4 chairs plus 2 relaxers. Please feel free to use these. Our wheelie bin also lives in here. The private pool is set in a covered patio area, adjacent to the lounge & master bedroom, and looks gorgeous when lit at night. Pool heating is charged separately and requires advanced notice. The 3rd bathroom is conveniently located in the patio area.
